Montevideo Public School buildings are available for public use, subject to guidelines and procedures outlined in the "Community Use of School Facilities" brochure. If you would like information about using any of the school facilities, call the Community Education Office at 320-269-5026 or e-mail Jasmine Heim:  jheim@montevideoschools.org or Kelly Snell: ksnell@montevideoschools.org to check on availability and rates.

Following is the procedure to follow:

1.  Contact the Comm. Ed. Office to get an "Application and Permit for Use of School Buildings" form or access and print the form: Rental Application

2.  Complete and return the application.  Be sure to indicate any special instructions (need microphone, tables set up, etc.) Return it to Community Ed. Office, Hawks Nest Early Childhood Center, 2000 Black Oak Avenue, Montevideo MN 56265.

3.  Include a liability insurance certificate with your application.

School activities will take precedence over community activities.
