The Montevideo Public School District has a number of used items and equipment for sale.
All items will be sold by bid. Submit bids for items by completing the School Property Bid Form at: https://forms.gle/AuUsah422G7sPqYs7
All bids are due by May 8, 2026 by 2:00 p.m.

The Montevideo Public School District, ISD #129, Montevideo, Minnesota, is offering for sale one (1) used high school greenhouse structure, located on school district property.
CONDITION:
The greenhouse is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. The structure is in significant disrepair and may have little to no functional value as a complete unit. Portions of the greenhouse may be used for salvage or parts; however, the District makes no representations regarding usability, safety, or condition of any components.
INSPECTION:
Interested parties are encouraged to inspect the greenhouse prior to bidding. Inspection appointments may be scheduled by contacting the District Office at (320) 269-8833.
TERMS OF SALE:
· The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
· Full payment is required prior to removal.
· The successful bidder assumes all responsibility for disassembly, removal, transportation, and site restoration.
· Removal must be completed no later than August 1, 2026, at the sole expense of the purchaser.
· The purchaser agrees to perform all work in a safe manner and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and district requirements.
· The purchaser assumes all liability for damage or injury occurring during removal. Proof of insurance may be required prior to commencement of work.
