The Montevideo High School Junior/Senior Prom, The Roaring 20s, is Saturday, May 6, 2023. Drive Up & Grand March begins at 5:00 p.m. at the Montevideo High School Gymnasium. Meal and dance follow at the Hollywood on Main for prom-goers.
Prom-goers will meet at the Middle School parking lot prior to 5:00pm to begin the Drive Up procession of cars to the HS gym parking lot.
No visitor parking is allowed in either the MMS or MHS parking lots the day of prom. Parking is available in the TACC lot, Clark Transportation lot or on the side streets.
Drive Up will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Once it begins, Williams Avenue from the Middle School to the HS Lot and 17th Street from the HS Parking Lot to the Williams Avenue intersection will be temporarily barricaded to allow for safe travel of our students.
Bleachers will be set up in the parking lot for outside viewing. There will also be space outside for those who wish to bring a lawn chair. Visitors and guests are also welcome inside the gym to witness the Grand March across the gym floor.
