Completing Your Absentee Ballot by Mail
Once you receive the ballot, complete it with a witness (a U.S. citizen, age 18+, or a notary). Follow the instructions carefully; missing information can lead to rejection.
Returning the Absentee Ballot You Received by Mail
By Mail: Must be received by Election Day (not just postmarked)
In Person: Return to the County Office by 5:00 p.m. on Election Day.
You can drop off ballots for up to three other voters. You will need to show indentification with name and signature when returning a ballot for someone else. You may not drop your ballot off at your polling place on election day.

Absentee ballots must be returned to the County Auditor's Office by 5:00 p.m. on Election Day or 8:00 p.m. on Election Day for agents delivering ballots.
The County Auditor's Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. They are closed on some holidays.
Extended Hours
Saturday, February 7: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Monday, February 9: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
